REQUEST, entitled:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
          "An Act eliminating the requirement that persons                                          
          using titles or descriptions of services that                                             
          incorporate the terms 'psychotherapy,'                                                    
          'psychotherapeutic,' or 'psychotherapist' be licensed                                     
          by the Board of Psychologist and Psychological
